Zombie Agreement
CLOSES TODAY
Today is the last day to complete MGA TMA's survey relating to all enterprise agreements made before 2010 automatically terminating on 7 December 2023, unless the Fair Work Commission grants an extension on a case-by-case basis.
Our Employment Law team is committed to assisting members who will be transitioning from legacy ‘zombie’ agreements to a modern award later this year.
To assist us in planning and designing support options which will be of most benefit to members, we ask affected members who have not previously replied to the survey to please do so today.
Once our plans are finalised, we will provide an update to members outlining support options.

Our Employment Law team is currently experiencing a high volume of telephone calls and email enquiries.
If you have telephoned and left a voicemail message or sent an email, it has been received and placed in a queue.
A lawyer will respond to each enquiry as soon as possible over the next few business days.
