A fee applies to a number of industrial relations services provided by MGA Independent Retailers. These fees are a part of a "Fee for Service Policy". This policy ensures that membership fees are kept to the lowest possible level. All fees will be reviewed annually.
CHARGEABLE SERVICES
Unfair Dismissal Claims* $900.00 plus gst
General Protection Claims* $900.00 plus gst
Preparation for Court Appearances, subsequent consultation, and correspondence $180.00 per hour plus gst
Court Representation – Half Day Charge $500.00 per day plus gst
Court Representation – Full Day Charge $1000.00 per day plus gst
Underpayment of Wages Claims $120.00 per hour plus gst
*Additional hours (in excess of 6hrs) will be charged at a rate of $120.00 per hour plus gst.
