I have been a member of MGAL for some 10 years now. I am very happy with their support and advice whenever I have a staff issue. I have been a member of MGAL since I became an independent liquor retailer.  I have used their legal advisors many times for various staff issues and have always been extremely happy with the support and direction provided.
